1. Payment Terms
A one-time setup fee for each respective package is due at the time of purchase.
A monthly subscription fee for each respective package or monthly stand alone service will be automatically charged to the payment method on file.
Subscriptions renew automatically each month unless canceled (see Section 3).
2. Service Inclusions
Setup fee covers: initial design setup, domain connection, and SEO basics.
Monthly subscription covers: ongoing updates, website maintenance, security monitoring, and priority support.
Any services outside these inclusions may require additional charges.
3. Cancellation & Refund Policy
Setup fees are non-refundable once work has begun.
Monthly services may be canceled at any time with [15 days] written notice before the next billing cycle.
No refunds are provided for partial months of service.
4. Client Responsibilities
Clients must provide all required content (logos, text, images, etc.) in a timely manner.
Delays in content submission may affect timelines but do not pause or cancel payments.
5. Intellectual Property
Once full payment is received, the client owns all rights to their website content and design.
Ask Mr. WebSmith retains the right to showcase completed work in portfolios or marketing materials.
6. Liability
Ask Mr. WebSmith is not responsible for losses due to downtime, third-party issues, or misuse of the website.
Service is provided “as is.” While best practices are followed, no guarantee of specific results (such as search engine rankings) is made.
7. Agreement
By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
